REA Capture turns a two-minute walkthrough into a subtitled property video, a property page for your clients, and ready-to-send listing text. This page helps you get started and answers the most common questions.

Getting started
- Open the app and enter the access code you received with your invitation.
- In Branding, add your name, phone number, logo and photo — they appear on every video and property page.
- Tap Start filming. Walk through the property for up to two minutes and describe it out loud: price, rooms, size, city and neighbourhood.
- A few minutes later the subtitled video, the property page and the WhatsApp and Instagram text are ready in My Properties. Review, edit any detail, and share the link.
Common questions
The app says the code is wrong.
Check for extra spaces and try again. If it still fails, email us and we will check it for you.
The camera or microphone does not work.
On your iPhone go to Settings → REA Capture and turn on Camera and Microphone.
A detail in the listing is wrong.
Open the property in My Properties and edit it. The property page updates.
The video is taking a long time.
Processing usually takes a few minutes. Keep the app open on a good connection while it uploads. If a video is still not ready after 15 minutes, email us.
How do I delete my data?
Delete videos and photos in the app, or email us to delete your account and everything in it. See the REA Capture Privacy Policy.
